Executive Plus 

A committee, reporting to Parish Council, that consists of the Executive Officers (Rector, Wardens, Treasurer, and Secretary) and other appropriately gifted members of the parish as necessary, which visions for and oversees the operational and financial aspects of the parish.

Offertory Counters

A small group of volunteers who count and prepare the deposit of the weekly monetary offering.

Cemetery

Task groups, reporting to Parish Council, comprised of appropriately gifted members of the parish who gather from time to time to vision and make arrangements for work tasks at the cemetery.

Real Assets

Task groups, reporting to Parish Council, comprised of appropriately gifted members of the parish who gather from time to time to vision and arrange for, and perhaps even perform, work tasks at the church property and building.

Events

Task groups, reporting to Parish Council, comprised of appropriately gifted members of the parish who vision, plan and execute, with the help of other gifted persons, the social and fund raising events staged by the parish.

Food Ministry

A group of volunteers (assisted by many other members of the parish) that organize and facilitate the provision of food and refreshments for various events that occur within the parish.

Regional Council Representatives

Members of the parish that represent the parish at meetings of the Fort Sackville Regional Council. The members are to facilitate communication between the parish and the region and the parish’s involvement in programs of the wider church.
